History:
This batch of 6 was new in 2009, and were used on route 141 from WN. They were the first hybrid Volvos in London, and operated alongside the Wright HEVs. These proved more successful, with Arriva ordering many batches.
They returned to Volvo and were remanufactured to production spec at some point, and have had a longer London service life as a result.
In 2011 they moved to AR where they mainly worked route 76. In 2017 they moved to BN, where they remain to this day.
Something to note is HV3 and 4 switched registrations in early 2010.
