DW411 was delivered new to Clapton in 2011. It caught fire no long after being new, and was sent back to Wrightbus. It initially became the testbed for the Euro VI DB300, and was elongated for this to happen. It was photographed in 2013, and appeared to be ready to Arriva. However, the story does not end there!

It gained a new chassis for a new engine to be mounted, this time a Euro VI Daimler OM934 engine. It then returned to service on the 16th of July 2014. The OM934 engine was eventually used on the production build of the Streetdecks.

It soon became apparent it was not the most reliable vehicle, and had many faults. It however was described to be not slow, and to have been quiet and smooth to drive.

In 2019 enough was enough, and DW411 was withdrawn. It has since sat at Edmonton, and is being stripped for spares. Its final day in service was the 8th of July 2019.
